Training Details

This six-month training gives you everything you need to confidently guide others into the deep, healing state of Yoga Nidra.

Months 1–3: Learn + Immerse

You’ll explore the full system of Yoga Nidra—its science, energetics, and structure—through in-depth video lessons and guided practices. This phase builds your foundational knowledge and internal understanding of the practice.

Months 4-6: Embody the Practice; Share + Apply

Next, you’ll enter a 6-week self-practice phase, supported by group sessions and guided recordings. This is where the work integrates—where the teachings shift from intellectual knowledge to embodied presence. You’ll learn by doing, not just studying.

The final phase focuses on bringing it to life. You’ll begin offering Yoga Nidra to clients or communities, creating your own scripts, and learning how to teach in a way that’s safe, authentic, and aligned. You’ll also receive support around how to record, share, and grow your offerings.
