the ugly truth

Not everyone gets results from yoga nidra

It’s not because they don’t ‘do it right’.

It’s usually because they find every excuse in the sun, not to practice.

They often think it’s waste of time.

I mean, how on earth could lying down doing nothing, actually help at all?

But here’s the thing:

Yoga Nidra isn’t about doing nothing. It’s about allowing everything.

Allowing your nervous system to slow down, your mind to rest, and your body to reset so your energy can come back stronger, clearer, and more spacious than before. It’s not a quick fix or a productivity hack. It’s a practice of trust. Trusting that rest is not the enemy of progress, it’s the foundation of it.

And when you give yourself permission to really show up in that space of surrender, that’s when the magic begins.

I’ve experienced all the excuses why not to practice, possible.

The “I don’t have enough time” sneaks in like a thief, stealing my moments before I even realise it.

Sometimes, it’s the “I’ll start tomorrow”, which turns into the day after, and then the week after. And let’s not forget the classic “This won’t really work for me”, that little voice that whispers doubt when I’m craving results the most.

I get it. I’ve been there. But none of these excuses hold up once you experience what Yoga Nidra actually does.

I know the mind games we play with ourselves, I used to be the reigning champion of those, and now I see my clients and students caught in them too.

Here’s the promise I want to make to you: with a consistent daily practice, you will get results.

Results that go beyond just feeling rested, results that ripple into your clarity, your energy, your confidence, and how you show up in your life and work.

It’s not about perfection or doing it “right.” (there's no such thing). It’s about commitment to yourself.

And that commitment changes everything.

I created Nidra Nirvana because I know that when you truly understand how this practice works (and why it works) you’re far more likely to commit to it for yourself.

And once you start witnessing those shifts in your own life, you can’t help but share that transformation with others.

Coaches, facilitators, space holders, and teachers like you need access to proven nervous system regulation tools, not just for your own well-being, but to elevate the experience and outcomes of your students and clients too.

Nidra Nirvana is designed to be that foundational resource, a practice and framework that supports deep restoration, energetic resilience, and aligned leadership from the inside out.

You need practices and tools to reset your nervous system, recharge your energy, and lead with presence and ease.

Your clients and students want lasting calm, clarity, and connection, not just quick fixes or surface-level solutions.

That’s what Nidra Nirvana is all about. It’s the behind-the-scenes magic.

My students and clients don’t just get scripts to recite, they get the ins and outs of this practice from a scientific, neurobiological standpoint, which empowers them to own their nervous system regulation with confidence and precision.

This understanding transforms Yoga Nidra from a passive routine into an active, embodied tool they can adapt and teach with authenticity.

And I feel so honoured to support them on this journey. ❤️
